All our bags are custom made to order just for you. We do not accept returns at this time. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 10 days with your comments/questions that you may have, and we will happily review your request! Only merchandise returned in its original condition will be considered for exchange. Our goal is to make sure you are happy with your experience at eclu. All domestic purchases are shipped USPS priority mail. Most orders will be shipped within 10 +/- days of purchase. International orders are mailed first class unless otherwise agreed upon at time of purchase. Tracking for international orders is optional and recommended. Insurance upon request. We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages. Colors may vary from computer swatches. Please choose your colors carefully! We happily provide swatches to help you in your design.
